UB Department of Art Alum Stella Marrs, co-creator of the Viral “Pussy Grabs Back” Meme and current Squeaky Wheel Workspace Resident, will transform the Squeaky microcinema into a late-night disco party tonight!

DISCO DEPLOYMENT UNIT: The Sound of Female Desire
Friday, October 21st, 2016
10pm – 12pm
@ Squeaky Wheel (Enter through office door at 617 Main Street)
$7 General | Free for Members or those in costume!

Bringing to the forefront the role female desire has played in the rise of popularity of disco music in the 70s, capping the decade with the Disco Demolition Night at Comiskey Park in Chicago in 1979, Stella Marrs’ Disco Deployment Unit: The Sound of Female Desire mixes multiple projections, and an orgasmic soundtrack, reconfiguring Squeaky Wheel’s micro-cinema via a mylar dome that will cover the space for the duration of the night.

Take a disco nap, and come over to Squeaky at 10pm to watch and dance through a glittery sexy spectacle!
