The University at Buffalo Art Gallery, Center for the Arts and UB’s Department of Art are excited to present Noncommittal: A Prospective Glance 5, an annual exhibition celebrating the exceptional work of recent graduates from the Department of Art’ BFA program. The three artists in this exhibition—Caroline Kopesky, Ian McCrohan, and Rick Klingensmith—were selected based on the high quality of their work, their depth of vision, and their engagement with questions of relationships, communication, and mediating technology. The exhibition opens with a public reception on Thursday, September 12, 2013 from 5 to 7pm. The artists will be in attendance. The exhibition is accompanied by a catalogue featuring an essay by Julie Rozman, an MFA candidate in the Department of Art.
The exhibition will take place in the Visual Studies Gallery on the UB Art Gallery’s second floor space in the CFA.
The UB Art Gallery, Center for the Arts is open Tuesday through Friday 11 AM to 5 PM; Saturday 1 to 5 PM. For information, please call 716-645-6913 or visit UB Art Galleries website. The exhibition, which is free and open to the public, will be on view in the Visual Studies Gallery through November 2, 2013.
