WNY Regional High School Art Exhibit

Overview:

The Department of Art at the University at Buffalo will host a regional exhibit of work by outstanding high school art students from the WNY area.

We invite the art teacher(s) at each area school to select a total of two works by one or two of your outstanding students. These pieces are guaranteed acceptance into the exhibition. We regret that we cannot accommodate more than two works per school.

Prizes will be awarded to the best works in the exhibition.

 Exhibition Criteria:

All media is accepted: drawing, painting, digital work, photography, sculpture, video, ceramics, and design.

All 2D work must be ready to hang, framed, wired or provided with another type of stable hanging hardware. Sculptures can be free standing (for floor) or may be displayed on pedestals. Directions for display must be indicated on works. Due to space constraints, we cannot accept work that is larger than 48” in any dimension.
